Freedom for the Palestinian prisoners!

The 4th International Conference of the Balkan Socialist Center “Christian Rakovsky” strongly condemns the arrest and trial of 13 leading members of the Islamic movement of Sheikh Raed Salah in Israel/Occupied Palestine.
We denounce this violation of the democratic rights as the continuation – in the name of the ‘war on terror’- of the attacks against the Arab political representatives and the Palestinian Arab population inside Israel. The only ‘crime’ of these activists is to provide some financial help to the families of the victims of Zionist terrorism in the Palestinian territories.
We demand the immediate end of their detention and the end of the trial against these activists. We call the workers and popular organizations of the world to organize an international campaign of solidarity, which includes sending messages of protest, letters, e-mails etc. to every Israeli Embassy, demanding the end of the persecution of the Palestinian Arab activists.

חופש לאסירים הפלסטינים!

הועידה הבינלאומית הרביעית של המרכז הסוציאליסטי בבלקן "כריסטיאן רקובסקי" מגנה בתקיפות את מעצרם ומשפטם של 13 חברים מהנהגת התנועה האסלאמית בראשות השיך ראאד סלאח בישראל / פלסטין הכבושה.
אנו מגנים פגיעה זו בזכויות הדמוקרטיות כהמשך – בשם "מלחמה נגד הטרור" – של ההתקפה נגד הנציגים הפוליטיים הערבים וכלל האוכלוסייה הערבית הפלסטינית בתוך ישראל. הפשע היחיד של פעילים אלו הוא שסיפקו תמיכה כספית למשפחותיהם של קרבנות הטרור הציוני בשטחים הפלסטיניים.
אנו דורשים את שחרורם המיידי של העצורים ואת הפסקת משפטם של פעילים אלו. אנו קוראים לפועלים ולארגונים העממיים בעולם לארגן מסע סולידאריות בינלאומי, כולל משלוח מכתבי מחאה ודואר אלקטרוני וכיוצא בזה לכל שגרירויות ישראל, בדרישה להפסיק את הרדיפות כנגד הפעילים הערבים הפלסטינים.
