Welcome in Palestine and thank You for a very unique action which you have accomplished in the best manner one could dream of. We have been following the preparations for your courageous action since the beginnings and were waiting impatiently for your arrival in Gaza. We pity the fact that we could not join the firm standing and beautiful people of Gaza in greeting and welcoming you on the sands of the city under siege.
We are sure that your valiant act caused governments and international institutions to feel ashamed for neglecting the people of Gaza for so long and ignoring the fact that Israel is preventing the basic needs, food, water, medicine and education from a whole nation living in the biggest prison in our times.
We have no doubt that your courageous action will help to mobilize the public against the siege on Gaza and it will raise the struggle to a higher level.
We, in Abnaa Al Balad have always considered International solidarity as one of the major pillars of any ideology resisting imperialism and occupation. This conviction of ours has permanently and consistently led our movement in strengthening the international cooperation among all progressive and anti-war movements.
We are proud of you and hope you will keep up raising the pressure on Israel for dropping the criminal siege of the Gaza strip.
